Mother Meerkat and ideas generator, Kate set up Cosy Meerkat to offer Agency Heads without the overheads to a global client base. With over 20 years’ experience working in the world of internal communications and with experience working in B2C and B2B, Kate loves a challenge and is a really safe pair of hands when it comes to comms projects for our global clients.

Sophie joined the world of comms over ten years ago. Her strengths lie in creating down to earth, no fuss content for clients. She’s also a creative and talented project manager, working closely with clients to bring magic to the work we do. With almost a decade of working together, Kate and Sophie are a fun team who make a project a pleasure.

Grace quickly gains a strong understanding of business objectives to design and implement strategy, write content and create campaigns that truly inspire. Friendly and professional, Grace can be utterly relied on to get the job done.

David has over 15 years’ experience as a designer, creative director, art director and consultant, with a love for all things animated, he especially enjoys bringing brands and campaigns to life through engaging animated or filmed video content.

Ben’s a break from the norm creative lead who brings ideas and campaigns to life. Over the years he’s worked for a wide variety of companies from brave new business ventures to huge household names. Keen photographer, digital dab hand, we’re delighted he’s a part of our team. Ben and Kate have worked together for several years and make a great strategic team.

Rebecca is an ex-journalist who’s also got over a decade of in-house comms experience working for some seriously high-profile organisations. Always quick to figure out the story clients need telling, you can trust her to write engaging, informative content that's certain to win over your audience’s hearts and minds.

Working as a freelance illustrator and designer for over 10 years, Hollie is happy jumping from one project to the next, sometimes with little notice or context, and enjoys the excitement that such a wide range of work gives her. She particularly loves illustration, logos, comms materials, surface pattern design and product design.
