Sometimes our work can be lengthy - it takes time and research to work out what a client needs, but occasionally it’s very simple indeed. Experience tells us that though the details are usually wildly different, this simplicity is actually welcome across the board. 

So, we decided to create some internal comms packages to offer to those clients that need something quick and simple. A kickstart, a reboot, a fresh perspective… our workshops start from £995, get in touch to find out more about working with us on a retainer or project-by-project basis.

What’s this?
Usually a prelude to a comms audit, this workshop will take a look at the comms channels you’re using at the moment, help you think about next steps and how to prioritise them. We’ll also explore
digital channels you’re not using and how / if we can use them to generate more engagement. What are the pain points?

The creative reboot one

What’s this?
Sometimes IC teams just need some fresh perspective! We come into your office and help you brainstorm a name for a new initiative, or think of some new ideas about how to communicate to those frontline staff. Whatever your

Helping your managers
line manage

What’s this?
Comms training for line managers. Not everyone is a natural people manager, understanding the need to share information and to listen to your team too. This session can be run as a one to one or group session, and will give a real comms boost to middle managers, talking through their personal challenges managing a team and helping them deliver more engaging comms for their team.

The storytelling one

What’s this?
We've worked with companies like Adidas, RSA and Oxford Brooks university to help them use storytelling in different ways. We pull in experts from the world of theatre and journalism, depending on requirement, to help you engage and inspire people with stories. Whether it's storytelling for leaders, to pitch or sell an idea to stakeholders, or strategic storytelling, we'll customise a business storytelling workshop that's right for you.

Comms audit

Want your comms channels to really work for you? Need to dial down the noise? Not sure what’s working and what’s not? Then a comms audit could be just what you need. 

Working closely with you, we would create a survey that is shared with all employees. We’d question them about what’s working for them, how they find their line manager, if the intranet is easy to use, and much more. 

We’d then analyse the answers we get and create a series of workshop questions to dig deeper into the areas that need it, working with different audiences to understand their needs. After that we’d analyse the results of these sessions and potentially conduct one-to-one interviews if we felt we needed it. 

The end result of the comms audit would be a full analysis of all your comms channels which would help shape a channel matrix and messaging strategy to build a really strong internal communications plan for the future. 

Reward and recognition workshop

Have you been thinking about how to boost employee recognition for a while? Now’s the time to act! Post-pandemic everyone's fatigued, a little disgruntled, and they need some re-energising. Are they coming into the office? Are they staying home? Life, and that includes work life, can be a little messy at times and the world has been through a lot. 

We’ve worked with a number of companies to build a recognition strategy, working both with Internal Communications and People teams to find a programme that works for their people and their needs - a way to engage and energise people through peer to peer recognition.
